The PS4 NPL NSW Men’s 1 Team of The Week for Round 2 sees Bonnyrigg White Eagles number one James Chronopoulos retain his place in the side with yet another clean sheet.

Fellow Bonnyrigg teammate and skipper Chris Tadrosse is also in for the second consecutive week along with defensive partner Dylan Fox. Sydney United 58’s free-kick specialist Ante Tomic along with APIA Leichardt Tigers captain Michael West make up the rest of the defence.

Taiga Soeda showed why he is one of the best midfielder’s in the competition with a captains performance for Sydney Olympic, earning him a place in the first eleven. Fellow Japanese import Shu Sasaki helped himself to a hat-trick in the Blacktown Spartans first win of the season and he now heads the goalscorers charts with four to his name. A man of the match performance from APIA’s Blake Powell and a brace saw him move into the team also.

Mirjan Pavlovic got on the score sheet for the second straight week for Sydney United 58, while Joey Gibbs scored two for Blacktown City as they defeated the South Coast Wolves. Dimitri Hatzimouratis couldn’t be denied a place in the Team of the Week, scoring a hat-trick for Sydney Olympic against Parramatta FC.
