With five of the six games played over the weekend, the PS4 NPL NSW Men’s 1 Round 5 ‘Team of the Week’ has seen some changes.
Blacktown Spartans gloveman Carlos Saliadarre takes his spot in goals for the first time this season after playing an important role in goals for the men in Orange in their 1-1 ‘Match of the Round’ draw against the South Coast Wolves.
Ante Tomic once again proved that he has been one of the in-form players of the league winning himself a spot along with a first minute goal.
Manly United’s Jamie Lobb makes his way back into the side after a week off while Blacktown City captain Zac Cairncross takes his spot beside him in the centre of defence after his side defeated the high flying APIA Leichhardt Tigers.
Dhari Alsaad from the South Coast Wolves earned his spot in the team for the first time this year after his performance on Saturday night which almost saw the wing-back score after rattling the Spartans post.
Chris Triantis of Sydney United 58 continues to improve and took out one of the midfield spots while Blacktown Spartans dangerman Shu Sasaki also won himself a spot.
Bonnyrigg White Eagles pace man Ray Miller proved to be a tricky customer for the Sutherland Sharks after a dazzling display on Saturday evening.
Marco Sama’s performance for Parramatta FC on Sunday saw him take his place in a front three alongside Manly United goal scorer Chris Payne and Blacktown City’s in form attacker Danny Choi.
