The PS4 NPL NSW Men’s 1 ‘Team of the Week’ for Round 7 sees a whole new starting eleven take their places in the team.

Blacktown Spartans captain and leader Carlos Saliadarre takes the number 1 jersey after keeping his second consecutive clean sheet over the weekend.

Sydney Olympic’s Will Angel wins a spot in defence thanks to his marauding runs which also resulted in a goal scored by the high flyer. Travis Oughtred of Manly United who scored for the Northern Beaches side in their surprise victory over Blacktown City also wins a spot this week. Nathan Millgate was busy at the back for the APIA Leichhardt Tigers in the rounds top of the table clash with Sydney United 58, helping his side to a share of the spoils. Sutherland Sharks registered a massive win on Saturday night with Jacob Tratt scoring a brace and being named Man of the Match.

Peter Simonovski scored the winner and claimed the Man of the Match tag for Nahuel Arrate’s South Coast Wolves on Thursday night against the Bonnyrigg White Eagles to earn his place in midfield. Daniel Bragg’s form continues to rise for Manly United as he was named best player on the park in the weekend’s game. Chris Triantis scored for the second consecutive week for Sydney United 58 and helped his team to a draw to get his place in a midfield three.

Despite going down, Bonnyrigg White Eagles’ Robbie Younis seems to be finding his goalscoring touch again, scoring a double. Sydney Olympic’s Harris Gaitatzis continues to impress since finding his way back to the starting eleven, scoring a first half brace over the weekend. Chris Payne remains in the hunt for the golden boot as the Manly United player found the back of the net again over the weekend.
