Rockdale City Suns snap up Necevski

The Rockdale City Suns are pleased to announce the signing of Ivan Necevski for the remainder of the 2015 PS4 NPL NSW Men’s 1 season.

The experienced Goalkeeper joins Rockdale after spending the previous eight seasons with Sydney FC, his most recent game being in the high profile friendly against English Premier League giants, Tottenham Hotspurs.

Of his appointment at Rockdale, Ivan expressed a desire to help Rockdale back to a position higher up on the ladder, and to make a charge for the final rounds of the PS4 NPL NSW Men’s 1 season as well as the upcoming Westfield FFA Cup.

Ivan joins Rockdale as an injury replacement for the remainder of the season, following an injury to Tomislav Arcaba. Rockdale wishes Tomislav a speedy recovery and hope to see him back between the sticks at Ilinden in the future.

Ivan joins other recent recruits at Rockdale including former Hyundai A-League striker Dylan Macallister who most recently has been playing in Hong Kong, and fellow former Sydney FC player Daniel Petkovski.
