Mark Rudan has called time on his illustrious coaching career with the newly crowned PlayStation4 National Premier League Champions Sydney United 58 FC after a successful four-year tenure that saw him clinch a number of achievements.
“I started my career as a footballer at this proud and historic club as an 8-year-old.
“Making my way through the junior and youth ranks, I fulfilled a dream of playing for the first team, going on to Captain and then four years coaching this great club.
“The 20-year journey has been unforgettable and I’ll take away many wonderful memories which will stay with me for the rest of my life. I will never be a stranger to this club and will always be a Sydney United fan, a club that means so much to myself and my family.
“Our Football Club has never been in a better position and I have great confidence in where it is headed, knowing it is left in great hands,” concluded Rudan.
He will now pick up the post as the Young Socceroos’ assistant coach to Ufuk Talay.
