In the continual drive for more promotion of elite football in NSW, Hawkesbury Radio are set to broadcast various PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues NSW Men matches from the three elite Men’s competitions every weekend in 2017.

The station will feature matches from the PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s competition as well as Western Sydney Wanderers matches in PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues 2 NSW Men’s and for the first time Hawkesbury City Hawks FC games in PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues 3 NSW Men’s.

Hawkesbury Radio’s Western Sydney Wanderers coverage has been well received amongst football fans this season with the station providing live radio coverage of all A-League games as well as W-League, FFA Cup and National Youth League games.

The station is now doubling down on its live football content by providing extensive live coverage of the PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s competition with every club to be featured at least once throughout the season and every ground to be visited at least once.

Executive Producer of Live Sport Julian Daw was delighted with the outcome and could not wait for the new season to kick off.

“We’re very excited to become the live home of NSW football in 2017. We’ve loved becoming the home ground of Football in Western Sydney and the city as a whole, we look forward to adding the PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues NSW to our expanding football portfolio.”

Football NSW Media Manager Mark Stavroulakis was appreciative of the radio station’s continual push for promoting the world game across the state.

“It’s fantastic to see Hawkesbury Radio throw its support behind our prestigious and elite PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues competitions.

“The game is ever growing in the state of NSW and with fans and followers alike starving for more and more coverage whether it be online on social media or over the radio waves, the product is certainly expanding.

“We know that the radio presenters at Hawkesbury Radio will do a professional job in keeping each and every one of the many fans, players and officials alike, updated with calls over the radio waves.”
