He has firm ideas on what he wants to achieve.” I want the club to promote and produce our own.” “I want to see young players pushing up into first grade.”
‘I want us to play attractive football and foster a good environment for all players.”
He added.
“Players should be developed in an environment which encourages them to develop their natural abilities without fear of failure. The player should be the central figure and his all-round holistic development should be reflected in the coaching education of the club.”
