Blacktown City FC’s much adored coach Mark Crittenden knows that he will get nothing but 100% from his troops as the 2020 National Premier League NSW Men’s season draws closer to round 1.
The Blacktown City development system has by far been one of the most consistent amongst the NPL NSW Men’s fraternity for years and the 2020 season will once again see a couple of rising youngsters earn their stripes in the top-flight.
‘Critto’ has managed to re-sign a number of his 2019 troops with club stalwart Matt Lewis, star attackers Joe Gibbs and Leroy Jennings as well as key defenders Grant Lynch, Daniel Collins and Yianni Spyrakis set to call Lily Homes Stadium yet again for the 2020 season.
Midfielders Daniel Bragg, Daniel Araujo, Dakota Askew, Adam Berry and Will Mutch have also agreed to terms as have a number of exciting young guns including Suley Bangura, Rhett De Silva, Carlos De Oliveira and Alen Aganovic.
Tristan Prendergast will be the safe hands underneath the sticks once more as Blacktown City kick off its 2020 NPL NSW Men’ season with a clash against traditional rivals Sydney United 58 on Sunday 1st of March (3pm).
