New faces ready for new era at Seymour Shaw

Sutherland Sharks will be sporting several new faces along with newly appointed coach Steve Zoric as the club looks forward to competing in the 2024 National Premier Leagues Men’s NSW competition kicking off next week.

The Sharks have recruited the likes of Matthew Moric, Mo Ahmed, Samuel Gulisano, Nenad Vekic, Mason Fernandez, Jay McGowan, Jacob Cremen Cowan, Kotaro Katsuta, Maxx Green, Ethan Beaven, James Cakovski and keeper Nenad Vekic to name a few.

Mitch Stamatellis who had a fantastic 2023 season will be wearing the Sky Blue kit once more alongside the likes of Chris Lindsay, Jonty Busch, Luke Sauer, Jordan Roberts and Takahide Umebachi.

The Sharks hope under Zoric, who last coached Rockdale Ilinden, will spark up the Shire based club following its 14th placed finish in 2023.

Sutherland make the trip to Wanderers Football Park to tackle the Western Sydney Wanderers in their opening Round 1 clash on Saturday 17th of February.
