‘Under the Radar’ no more as St George City on the hunt for silverware
St George City were one of the breakout clubs of the 2023 National Premier Leagues Men’s NSW season and they hope to do one better as they prepare for massive year ahead.
Coach Mirko Jurilj has assembled a highly talented squad for the new year as the club look set to battle for silverware and earn themselves a Championship finals finish.
The club has resigned the likes of skipper Tarik Ercan, Jack Kenny, Nathan Roberts, Maki Petratos, Kosta Petratos, Paolo Mitry, Dominic Cox, Matthew Keremelevski and Presley Ortiz to name a few.
In addition to these familiar returning faces, the club announced a number of quality new signings including the return of former ace marksman Jason Romero.
Joining the talented American on the City books will be Cameron Fong, Joshua Hong, Solomon-Johnn Monahan-Vaiika, Fumoto Kamada, Kai Kamikura, Brodie Clarkson and Louis Khoury.
It’s been tipped as one of the matches of the round as St George City opens up its 2024 campaign when they face local rivals Rockdale Ilinden at Penshurst Park on Saturday 17th of February.
