Western Sydney Wanderers 1 v Sydney Olympic 1 at Wanderers Football Park – Full Match Report and Highlights
A late Cyrus Dehmie header saved Olympic from defeat against a spirited Wanderers outfit in a very hard-fought 1-1 stalemate.
The Western Sydney side were nearly spurred to victory by Awan Lual’s strike, though a tap-in header from Dehmie was enough to make both teams share the spoils.
St George City 1 v Wollongong Wolves 1 at Penshurst Park – Full Match Report and Highlights
St George City after two consecutive defeats managed to secure a point at home in a 1-1 draw with the Wollongong Wolves at Penshurst Park on Saturday evening.
The game was overshadowed by an incident in the 77th minute after an accidental clash between Nathan Grimaldi and Darcy Madden saw the game held up for almost an hour but, in the end, it was the way in which Madden landed that caused a serious leg injury and an ambulance was required.
Wollongong Wolves were leading at that point thanks to a first half goal from Alex Masciovecchio but St George City equalised after the resumption with a stunning goal from substitute Gonzalo Agrelos.
Marconi 2 v Mt Druitt Town Rangers 1 at Marconi Stadium – Full Match Report and Highlights
The Marconi Stallions secured three points with a 2-1 victory over the Mt Druitt Town Rangers at Marconi Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Goals to Brandon Vella and Damian Tsekenis in the first half had the Stallions confidently in control, but a successfully converted penalty to Mt Druitt’s Joey Gibbs brought the visitors back into the match in the 72nd minute.
Mt Druitt tried their best to claw their way further back into the match in the final stages but they weren’t able to match a challenging Marconi opposition.
Sydney United 58 3 v Sydney FC 2 at Sydney United Sports Centre – Full Match Report and Highlights
Sydney United 58 provided more late drama in their 3-2 win over Sydney FC on Sunday afternoon at Sydney United Sports Centre.
In an action-packed first half, Sydney FC went in front through Mathias Macallister 37 minutes in, but United 58 scored two quick goals before halftime through Mason Wells and Bailey Rule.
Sydney FC captain Will Kennedy’s red card soon after halftime gave the away side an uphill battle in the remainder of the game.
Sydney FC found an equaliser with five regular minutes to play through Junior Conde, yet Rule’s second goal deep into stoppage time snatched victory for the hosts.
Rockdale Ilinden 3 v St George FC 1 at Ilinden Sports Centre – Full Match Report and Highlights
Rockdale Ilinden continued its pursuit for top spot with a well deserved 3-1 victory over cross-suburb rivals St George FC at the Ilinden Sports Centre on Sunday.
Former Rockdale player Bai Antoniou continued his great 2025 form opening the scoring for the visitors on a sunny but chilly afternoon in Sydney’s south before Ali Auglah restored parity with a sweet touch to level the game before the break.
It proved pivotal when Nicholas Kalogerou, pressured by Auglah, was unlucky to turn the ball into his own net and suddenly the visitors found themselves wondering how they were trailing.
It got worse when Ilinden skipper and top scorer Alec Urosevski was sent through to add a third.
