National Premier Leagues Men’s NSW front runners NWS Spirit FC are one victory away from snapping up its first ever top tier Premiership title with all eyes poised at Christie Park this Saturday when David Perkovic’s troops host the Central Coast Mariners.

The club has promoted that it will be a free entry to hopefully witness history as NWS Spirit FC require a victory to snap up the 2025 NPL Men’s NSW Premiership.

It’s been dubbed ‘Spirit Super Saturday’ as the action will commence at 3pm when the club’s NPL Women’s NSW side take on the Macarthur Rams at 3pm before the men’s kick-off at 5:30pm.

The match by no means will be an easy task for the hosts as the Mariners are chasing a destiny of their own hoping to spoil NWS Spirit FC’s party as they look to starve off its relegation woes.

Having been the most consistent side in the top tier Men’s competition, the favourites tag will be siding with NWS Spirit FC who hope to bring it home with the likes of stars such as Takumi Ofuka, Yu Okubo, Michael Konestabo as well as club captain Grant Cornwell looking forward to lifting that first ever Premiership trophy in NSW’s elite men’s league.

The club made history earlier this week following its 3-0 victory over St George FC which booked it’s ticket to the 2025 inaugural Australian Championship commencing in October.

Even with the rain smashing Sydney this past week, one things for sure, Christie Park will be on fire should the team win with a healthy crowd expected.
