Sydney United 58 Confirm Major Squad Departures Ahead of 2026 Season

National Premier Leagues Men’s NSW powerhouse and reigning Waratah Cup champions Sydney United 58 have announced a significant list of player departures as preparations begin for the 2026 campaign, following the club’s participation in the inaugural Australian Championship.

In a statement released online, the club confirmed that Tristan Prendergast, Aidan Milicevic, Josip Orlovic, Luke Zuvela, Michael Pratezina, Mario Shabow, Matthew Hatch, Thomas Makko, Mark Leonard, Noah Blazeka, Ayouk Mow, Richie Darko, Marco Arambasic, and Stephen De Robillard will all move on from the squad.

This comes off the back of also seeing one of the club’s most potent strikers in Patrick Antelmi moving on as well.

Sydney United 58 expressed gratitude to each departing player, acknowledging their contributions and commitment throughout their time at the club.

The statement also noted that Sydney United 58 will soon announce new player signings and a new head coach as they reshape the squad for the upcoming season.
