Stallions on the hunt for silverware
It’s been a long time between silverware for National Premier Leagues Men’s NSW side Marconi Stallions, but the club and its supporters are hoping that 2024 brings them that success they’ve been yearning for with a youthful looking squad ready to hit the ground running at the Palace.
Coach Peter Tsekenis has recruited a fairly young squad as he also has one eye on pushing them through for the Australian National Second Division in 2025.
Cameron Windust, Anton Mlinaric, James Bayliss, Dylan Susovic and George Daniel are just some of those fresh new faces the Stallions have recruited while the likes of Franco Maya and James Temelkovski will also call the Palace home this season.
Former Japanese youth international Yuki Kitano has also penned a deal with the club
Long serving club captain Marko Jesic will be leading the squad alongside returning Stallions players James Hilton, Daniel Bouman, Hiroaki Aoyama, Nathan Millgate, Kyle Cimenti, Liam Youlley, Brandon Vella, Alexsandar Duricic and Domenic Costanzo.
The Stallions kick off its 2024 campaign with a home match against the Wollongong Wolves on Saturday 17th of February.
