Young gun Wanderers set to unearth more stars in 2025
The Western Sydney Wanderers have been busily preparing for the 2025 National Premier Leagues Men’s NSW season with the club hoping to consolidate its top-flight status for another year.
Coach Richie Cardozo will have a decent squad at his disposal full of talent and flair as he hopes his young chargers can give the 2025 competition a shake.
The likes of young guns such as Jesse Cameron, Ryley Hollingdale, Luke Nieuwenhof, Awan Lual, Nathan Barries, Lucas Sinnott, Tristan Vidackovic and Saxon Hillyer are just some of the names to once again watch out for.
The Wanderers will once again bring a fresh, raw and exciting brand of football to the league which will see potential young future A-League stars unearthed – a trend the club has been proud to see work greatly throughout its years.
The 2024 season saw the likes of scholarship players Marcus Younis, Nathaneal Blair, Zac Sapsford and Aydan Hammond make their marks as they all progressed playing top tier A-League men’s football.
The club had a tremendous start to the 2024 season which saw them reach the pinnacle for a couple of weeks, the Wanderers hit a down patch during the second half of the year as young academy players were introduced.
The Wanderers’ first assignment of the 2025 season will be against newly promoted outfit Mt Druitt Town Rangers on Saturday 8th of February at Wanderers Football Park.
