The Marconi Stallions secured a 3-1 victory over St George City FA at Marconi Stadium on Saturday night.
St George City opened the scoring in the 25th minute through Fumoto Kamada, but the Stallions managed an important equaliser from Damian Tsekenis in the 45th minute before the half-time break.
Marconi managed to secure the lead in the 64th minute through defender Anton Mlinaric before a final goal to Tsekenis saw the hosts take their tally to three.

Manly United have thrashed the Wollongong Wolves 6-0 to help close out Round 9 at Cromer Park.
Six different players got on the scoresheet with Taiga Kawano, Lucas Meek, Harry Van Der Saag, Darcy Burgess, Farah Koko and Benjamin Koop scoring for the hosts in what was a team-orientated victory and one that lifts them to an impressive third on the ladder.
