National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s side Sydney Olympic have announced the appointment of former Blues player Labinot Haliti as the new head coach for the 2023 season.

The 36-year-old returns to the club it all started for him when he left Pristina in 2002 where he spent a year as a footballer before moving on in his playing career.

Haliti played for the likes of Sydney United 58, Newcastle Jets, Western Sydney Wanderers as well as Croatian outfit Slaven Belupo, Albanian side Teuta and Polish club LKS Lodz.
