Manly United snapped a four-game losing streak courtesy of a thrilling 3-2 victory over Blacktown City at Cromer Park on Friday evening.
Ben Koop bagged himself a double in the first half before Travis Major had a chance to put City back in the game just before the break only to see his spot kick saved by Levi Kaye.
Major made up for his earlier miss scoring midway through the second half and it was game on before Martin Fernandez scored a magic goal to even the score with nine minutes remaining.
Up stepped Manly United’s American import Lucas Meek who composed himself with a well-timed run following a Kaye assist to chip Cayden Henderson as all three points went the hosts way.
Sutherland Sharks 1 v NWS Spirit FC 3 @ Seymour Shaw – Full Match Report and Highlights
NWS Spirit FC continued its majestic run in the 2025 NPL Men’s NSW competition with a 3-1 win over an under-fire Sutherland Sharks outfit at Seymour Shaw Park on Saturday.
Michael Konestabo helped himself to a brace while Yu Okubo scored a brilliant goal before Matthew Moric added a consolation for the hosts at the death.
The victory continues NWS Spirit FC’s push towards a Premiership while the loss for the Sharks sees Steven Zoric’s side teeter on the brink of a relegation dogfight between the Western Sydney Wanderers, Central Coast Mariners and Mt Druitt Town Rangers.
Mt Druitt Town Rangers 0 v Sydney FC 0 @ Popondetta Park – Full Match Report and Highlights
The fight to stay in the NPL Men’s NSW competition for another season continues for the Mt Druitt Town Rangers who managed to secure a valuable point under new manager Ben Rollison in a scoreless 0-0 draw against Sydney FC at Popondetta Park on Saturday.
Both sides would have wanted three points to help their cause, but the game was a tight affair with the best chances for the home side falling to mid-season signing Yuta Kumora in either half.
Sydney FC’s Oscar Gultekin was the best up front for the Sky Blues and custodian Gus Hoefsloot made some key interventions as the match ended with no victor.
WSW 0 v Marconi 1 @ Wanderers Football Park – Full Match Report and Highlights
Marconi Stallions snatched victory over relegation threatened Western Sydney Wanderers with a narrow 1-0 scoreline on a chilly Saturday night at Wanderers Football Park.
Mid-season recruit and former Wanderer Tass Mourdoukoutas proved the difference-maker for the away side, scoring late in the first half, which was enough for Marconi to secure the points.
Rockdale Ilinden 1 v APIA Leichhardt FC 4 @ Ilinden Sports Centre – Full Match Report and Highlights
APIA Leichhardt have knocked Rockdale Ilinden off the table with a significant 4-1 victory away from home on Sunday afternoon.
The away side opened the scoring with a Michael Kouta goal in the 17th minute, before doubling their lead in the 40th minute with Fabian Monge finishing off a beautiful team move.
James Nikolovski earned his side a goal back in the 64th minute, but a red card to Ali Auglah reduced Rockdale to 10 men shortly after.

Central Coast Mariners 1 v Sydney Olympic 1 @ Pluim Park – Full Match Report and Highlights
The Central Coast Mariners shared points with Sydney Olympic with a 1-1 draw at Pluim Park on Sunday afternoon.
A penalty conversion from Teng Kuol in the 64th minute gave the visitors the advantage in the 64th minute after a goalless first half, but the Mariners managed to secure an equaliser in the 76th minute through Shumba Mutokoyi.
Despite plenty of opportunities at both ends of the park over the 90 minutes, the final whistle blew with a goal apiece between the two sides in Round 23 of the National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s competition.
Sydney United 58 0 v Wollongong Wolves 0 @ Sydney United Sports Centre – Full Match Report and Highlights
Sydney United 58 and Wollongong Wolves played out a fiercely contested 0-0 draw to keep the complexion of the top six race exactly as it was before the game.
Both teams had their chances to secure the win, though they ultimately were unable to break through one another’s defences, with United 58 holding onto their five-point lead over the Wolves and two-point lead in sixth.
St George FC 1 v St George City 3 @ Barton Park – Full Match Report and Highlights
The local area on Sunday was abuzz as the crowds descended on Barton Park to witness the battle for district supremacy in the much anticipated Round 23 encounter which, in the end, gave bragging rights to St George City with a 3-1 win over rivals St George FC thanks to a hat-trick of goals to Scottish international Marc McNulty.
The Scotsman was everywhere as he helped himself to all three goals while Bai Antoniou scored for St George FC in what was a big win for City.
